Applicant Requirements

Resumé

Though for entry level positions industry experience is not required, a resumé is. We want the best idea of who we may be trusting our clients and team with so a well written resumé is a requirement.

Age

Candidates must be 18 years or older for PSO positions and 21 years or older for aPSO positions.

Personal History

All candidates will be processed through an NICS background check in addition to local and state histories. All non-administrative staff require licensing through the department of public safety. Persons with criminal history such as Aggravated Misdemeanor or Felony convictions can not be considered for Security Officer positions due to the department of public safety licensing regulations.

Armed Security Officers

Candidates for an aPSO position will be subject to additional screenings in addition to requiring a current Non-Professional Permit to Carry Concealed Weapons.

Private Security Officer (PSO)

Flex Security Officers are part-time staff typically stationed at political or charity events, temporary locations, and miscellaneous sites.

Private Security Officer (PSO)

PSO are dedicated officers who are solely responsible for one client  such as agricultural, residential, or commercial locations.

Armed Security Officer (aPSO)

aPSO have the added responsibility of protecting higher risk assets and clientele. As such aPSO are afforded a much more diverse list of available equipments such as Ballistic Vests, x26 Taser, and Primary Firearms in addition to the standard Uniform, O.C. Spray, and Body Camera

The most versatile position is that of the pPSO. Dispatching in a marked patrol vehicle the pPSO will conduct operations on a significantly larger scale for a wider mission set. Often this will require the pPSO to also be an aPSO.
